◆ Container storage

It has allocated a strengthened area of 45,000m 2 for container storage. According to the local meteorological condition and in accord with scientific and pragmatic layout, it has specified area allocation for loaded/empty container, container repairing operation and reefer operation. Its total storage capacity is 9800TEU and the annual handling capacity 280,000TEU.

Scientific and pragmatic layout designs separated arrayed storage areas for empty and loaded containers. Empty container handling by First In/First Out is guaranteed. 4-lane gateway is set up. A 60-ton loadometer is mounted in the loaded container gateway. Inspection is carried out whenever for in or out containers. For 7 layer empty container handling we adopt K ALMAR empty container stacker and 5 layer loaded container handling loaded container reach stacker both imported from Sweden .

◆ CFS Operatin

Meanwhile we has 2 CFS warehouses with a total floor space of 10,560m 2 and the net interior warehouse floor space 8,000m 2 . The remaining space of 2,560m 2 is the awning shielded platform by both sides. Spec: W= 6m , H= 1.3m

CFS warehouse is steel structure with daylighting roof and dustproof cement floor. Equipped with 10 steel carcases, we carry out around-the-clock devanning and vanning operation to the international convention program. It is equipped with industrial monitoring system made in Japan , fire alarm system and drainage system in and around the warehouse. The monthly vanning capacity is 1,800TEU and averagely speaking we can finish a 1-TEU vanning order in 30 minutes.

We offer container inspection, repairing, washing and maintenance operation service strictly to IICL standard and varied requirements from shipping companies in the allocated repair area.
